AtlantaBridal would like to congratulate our friend Cindy Simmons Carnell and her new hubby Eric Carnell who tied the knot this past weekend in Atlanta at the Log Cabin Community Sunday School.
You know Cindy from the Cindy and Ray Show in the Morning on Star94. She is an amazing young working mother who has survived a terrible battle with breast cancer in the past year. In looking at a few of her wedding pics you would never know that she had been through such an ordeal. She looks absolutely stunningly beautiful in the pics I have seen!
According to her Wedding Diary on Star94, Cindy wore her mother's wedding gown (so sweet and retro too!). I love love love the hot pink heels... And, although I can't get a good look at the hairpiece she was wearing, I am familiar with the designer Gracylu Originals and so I am sure it was unique and fabulous! (Gracylu is based out of Houston, Texas and they design really cool custom headpieces for weddings - check them out!)
I was so happy to see from her diary that some of our Preferred Atlanta Wedding Vendors were able to help Cindy and Eric on their big day! The couple had their ceremony at the Log Cabin Community Church aka the Log Cabin Community Sunday School - a beautiful little stone church in the Smyrna / Vinings area. This location has been one of our Preferred Atlanta Wedding Venues since 2004. It is absolutely lovely!
Our super talented friend Michelle at Firefly Studio helped the couple and apparently their friends with a Flash Mob style first dance to Hall and Oats "You Make My Dreams Come True" - super fun!!! I can't wait to see the video! If you need wedding dance lessons in the Atlanta area, definitely check out our friends at Firefly Studio - they are awesome!
You can read about Cindy's wedding in her own words on Star94 to get more information on all of the wedding vendors she and Eric used as well as the two charitable organizations that benefited from their registry. I love that they chose to do that :-)
Thanks so much to Cindy for sharing a wedding picture with us. It was taken by Atlanta wedding photographer, Andy Brophy, at One Nine Images. Love it!
Congratulations again to the happy couple! Best wishes for a long and happy life together!!
